How safe is my data?

Data for each workgroup is accessible only by authorized, logged-in users, who are set up by the workgroup manager. Passwords are encrypted; not even the developers know what they are. Data is backed up twice daily. Our servers are in a secure hosting facility managed by Falcon Internet. All billing and financial transactions are handled through SSL-encrypted pages.
