Issue Page

The Issue page shows all information relating to a specific issue, including a complete history. The key to the numbered areas is shown below the screenshot.

Key

  1. The issue ID and title.
  2. Many settings can be changed by any workgroup member. This allows for maximum flexibility in managing issues and feature requests. Each change is tracked and displayed in the History (#9)
  3. The issue title can be changed as necessary.
  4. The description can be changed at any time.
  5. Shows which developer the issue is assigned to.
  6. Comments can be added and show up in the History.
  7. Attachments can be uploaded using this form. They appear immediately below. Attachments can be files or images.
  8. Attachment thumbnails show here, including information about who uploaded the attachment and when it happened.
  9. A comprehensive history shows here. This can be used to see who made a change, or for documentation on an individual issue.
