Setup Page

The Setup panel (available to the Workgroup Manager) allows changes of many system labels. The key to the numbered areas is shown below the screenshot.

Key

1. The Workgroup Manager has control over many of the labels used for the workgroup. These include statuses, resolutions, severities, operating systems, browsers, and versions. The example shown is for the status labels. Functionality is the same for all setup areas.
2. A listing of existing data is shown here.
