Issue Summary Page

The Issue Summary page is your snapshot view of your projects and issues. TrackMyBugs displays the Issue Summary when a user logs in. The key to the numbered areas is shown below the screenshot.

Key

  1. The User Panel shows the logged-in user name and privs, and contains links to the issues and assignments pages.
  2. The Admin Panel is where the workgroup administrator sets up users, groups, and projects.
  3. The Setup panel will appear for workgroup administrators, and allows control over many settings of the application.
  4. Links contain the support request form and support documents.
  5. This is the workgroup name.
  6. The 10 most recently-submit issues appear here for quick reference. The project name appears above the issue(s). The link goes directly to the issue page.
  7. The 10 most recently-closed issues appear here.
  8. Users can save queries for quick search responses. They appear in this area. Each user’s queries are unique.
  9. Information about the last activity on the issue appears here.
