User Page

The User Page allows the Workgroup Manager to set up users and control access. The key to the numbered areas is shown below the screenshot.

Key

1. The user can upload a photo or favorite icon.
2. Login ID is defined for each user.
3. Users can be made active or inactive.
4. A User Type can be either "developer" or "client".
5. If the logged-in user is a Workgroup Manager, privileges can be assigned to the user. Every user can change issue information, post new issues, add comments, or upload screenshots or documents.
6. Users are assigned to a Group, making it easy to set up groups for testing versus development.
7. The Workgroup Manager can see existing users in the workgroup, or add/edit users.
